The B-STRO 2025 meeting will be held at the Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel. The hotel is located just 10 minutes from Brussels Airport and is easily accessible by public transport (train, bus).

Arriving by public transport

We strongly encourage all participants to use public transport whenever possible. The Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel is directly connected to the airport terminal, which includes a train station with frequent national and international connections (to Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent, Liège, etc.), and a wide range of bus services.

This is by far the most convenient, time-saving, and environmentally friendly option to reach the venue.

For those arriving by car, parking options are available at and near the Sheraton Hotel:

Sheraton Parking: €48/day -> B-STRO 2025 attendees receive a 50% discount, reducing the rate to €24/day.
Interparking P2 economy (located behind Sheraton): €27/day
